What if it's raining or freezing on the day of my appointment?
For most jobs we just need a dry, reasonably sheltered spot such as a garage, carport, or covered area. Windshield adhesive needs dry conditions and a workable temperature to bond properly — which matters in a St. Louis winter — so if the weather won't cooperate we'll reschedule or find cover. Let us know your setup when you book.
What glass work can you do on-site?
Just about all of it: windshield replacement and chip repair, driver, passenger, and rear door glass, back glass, and ADAS camera calibration after a windshield replacement, on all makes and models.
Do I have to be there while you work?
Not the whole time. We do need access to the vehicle and a way to reach you if anything comes up. Many customers leave the keys and go about their day at home or work. We'll confirm the details when you schedule.
Do you cross the river into Illinois?
Yes. We serve both sides. On the Missouri side that includes St. Louis City and County, St. Charles County, and the surrounding communities. On the Illinois side we cover the Metro East, including Belleville, Edwardsville, O'Fallon, Fairview Heights, Collinsville, Granite City, and Alton.
