1. About STL Auto Glass Pros

STL Auto Glass Pros is a mobile auto glass repair and replacement service operating across the St. Louis metro in Missouri and the Illinois Metro East. We provide windshield replacement, chip and crack repair, ADAS calibration, and auto glass services for all vehicle types. We do not operate a physical retail shop — all services are performed at customer locations.

Scope of Services

STL Auto Glass Pros provides mobile auto glass repair and replacement services including, but not limited to:

• Windshield replacement and chip/crack repair
• ADAS (advanced driver-assistance system) camera recalibration
• Car, side, and door glass replacement
• Rear / back glass replacement, including heated rear glass
• Quarter glass and vent window replacement

Service Availability

Services are available across the St. Louis metro in Missouri and the Illinois Metro East. Service availability in specific areas may vary. We reserve the right to decline service in areas outside our service zone or in circumstances where service cannot be safely or appropriately performed.

Appointments

Service appointments are scheduled based on mutual availability. We will make reasonable efforts to honor confirmed appointment times. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (weather, equipment issues, emergencies), we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at your convenience.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided by STL Auto Glass Pros are based on the information you provide (vehicle year, make, model, and glass type). Final pricing may vary if additional damage is discovered upon inspection, if the glass specified is unavailable and a substitute must be ordered, or if your vehicle requires specialized glass or additional labor not reflected in the initial quote.

We will inform you of any price changes before proceeding with the work. You are under no obligation to proceed if pricing changes are unacceptable to you.

4. Workmanship

STL Auto Glass Pros stands behind the workmanship of installations performed by our technicians. Specific warranty terms, coverage, and duration are provided at the time of service. Where applicable, workmanship coverage generally applies to:

• Defects in workmanship or installation
• Water leaks resulting from improper sealing
• Air leaks resulting from improper installation

Workmanship coverage does not apply to:

• Damage caused by subsequent accidents, road debris, or impact
• Damage caused by improper vehicle care or modifications after installation
• Natural wear and deterioration
• Damage caused by forces outside our control (storms, hail, vandalism, etc.)

To ask about coverage or report an issue with an installation, contact us at (314) 502-1408. We will assess the issue and, if covered, perform the necessary correction in accordance with the terms provided at the time of service.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a successful service appointment, customers agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle information (year, make, model, trim level)
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed-upon location and time
• Provide a suitable work area — including dry, sheltered space where weather or temperature requires it
• Follow all post-installation care instructions provided by our technician (including cure time requirements before driving)
• Notify us promptly if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment

Failure to follow post-installation care instructions may affect applicable workmanship coverage for that installation.

6. Limitation of Liability

STL Auto Glass Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided or the use of this website, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or damage to property not directly caused by our negligence.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of services performed shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
